Champaign Council Update
Mike Ladue will not be voting for Tricia Avery due to her support of the smoking ban. This leaves Avery with 3 votes, making it impossible for her to get the appointment.

who are the three? rosalas Pirok and ? she blew it last night. She looked like a cry baby and with her late arival and early departure she didnt seem as if she realy cared to got the seat.
